You can ship plants? I didn’t know you could shop for plants online and have them shipped.
Yes! We can ship your plants anywhere across Canada. We have created custom packaging to ship your plants safely. For more information on our shipping you can check out our “We Ship” page.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we only ship within Canada due to agricultural restrictions however, we will be adding shipping of our plant accessories and decor internationally very soon.
What should I do after I receive my plants?
Once you receive your package, make sure to open it up immediately and follow the "Unboxing Instructions" to remove your plants safely. Then refer to the Care Card that comes with each plant and follow the instructions on their needs for light and water.
If there are any dead or wilted leaves, just remove them as that's natural when not being in ideal conditions.
Your plant may look a little dull from travelling inside a box so just give it a few days to transition from the dark inside of a box to its ideal conditions. It should perk up once it gets a drink and some light.

Why doesn't my plant look exactly like the photo on the website?
Due to the nature of the planter pot material and living plants, each is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, finish and size.
We give each plant a thorough inspection before it gets shipped to ensure that it gets sent out looking its very best.

What is your return policy?
If you've followed the care instructions we've provided and your plant dies within 30 days we will replace it for you free of charge.
We want to help you become a Plant Lover so we may ask for a photo of your plant and ask a couple questions to find out how you've been taking care of it. There might be a plant that is better suited to the type of care you can offer and we'd like to help you figure it out so you can have a thriving plant for many years to come.
If you receive your plants and they have been damaged (a little dirt that has shifted during delivery is perfectly normal; and that's why you'll find a small bag of soil with your plants) please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos of the damaged packaging and plant, and we'll replace it or refund you.
We want you to be happy with your plant purchase and will work with you to ensure you have a plant that you love.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?
Please ensure that your package is shipped to a secure location. If a package has been scanned as delivered, theft is outside our control. We are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages.
If a package is lost and not scanned as delivered we will work with you to place a claim on the package. Replacement or refund will be processed once the carrier has processed the claim.
If a package gets returned to us due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment charges.
