We want shopping online for your plants to be EASY and FUN!
Whether you're ordering a plant for yourself or sending one to someone special, we'll package it up safe and sound and send it on its way.
We've created custom packaging materials that are easy on the environment to get your plants to you safely.
And, whenever possible we try to re-use shipping packaging and materials to have a lower impact on the environment (so don't be surprised if you receive your plants in an Amazon box ;) .
Orders are sent out within 1-2 days of receiving them.
Your plant will be sent out with Canada Post and will usually arrive within 1-5 business days depending on its destination.
Typically we ship Monday to Wednesday (not including holidays) however, for local Vancouver orders we ship on Thursdays as well. This helps to ensure that your plant doesn't spend too much time in a Postal warehouse.
Once your plants are shipped you will receive a tracking number.
If you need your plants urgently just contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
We package your plants with the utmost of care so they arrive safely but every once in a while a package arrives not as intended.
If you receive your plants and they have been damaged (a little dirt that has shifted during delivery is perfectly normal; and that's why you'll find a small bag of soil with your plants) please contact us at info at aloegal dot ca within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos of the damaged packaging and plant, and we'll replace it or refund you.
Once you receive your package, be sure to open it up immediately and follow the instructions on the Care Card provided.
